Austin Dockery- Business Owner/CEO
Hi, I’m Austin — owner and CEO of Docks Home Services. Madison and I started this company in early 2021 because we shared the same goal: doing quality work we’re proud of while genuinely helping people along the way.
I bring years of hands-on experience, along with specialized training and licensing in septic systems and erosion control. Planning and attention to detail matter to me, and I make a point to walk every customer through their project so they fully understand the process, know what to expect, and feel confident about the final result.
You’ll also see Docks Home Services actively supporting Alzheimer’s awareness, and that’s deeply personal to me. One of the strongest and most influential women in my life — my granny — raised me and helped shape who I am today. She passed away from Alzheimer’s, and being able to use this business as a platform to support awareness and advocacy for the disease is something I take a lot of pride in.
Honesty, reliability, and doing things the right way are at the core of everything we do. My goal is simple: deliver solid work, take care of people, and ensure every customer feels good about choosing Docks Home Services.
Madison Dockery- Business Owner/COO
Hi, I’m Madison — owner and COO of Docks Home Services. I come from a healthcare background, which really shaped how I run this company and how seriously I take the responsibility of caring for people, not just projects. I also oversee our Alzheimer’s Foundation support efforts, which is something close to my heart.
On a day-to-day basis, I handle our operations, legal matters, quality control, financing, and client relationships. I stay closely involved because I want to make sure the work we do is done right and that every customer feels confident and taken care of from start to finish.
I also personally manage all of our marketing — from advertising and branding to website design and our online presence — so what you see here truly reflects who we are and the standards we hold ourselves to.

We proudly support Alzheimer's awareness by incorporating the color purple into our logo and utilizing our business platform to raise awareness about this devastating disease, while also donating a portion of our profits. Our owner, Austin, lost his beloved Granny to Alzheimer's in 2021, and we are dedicated to honoring her memory through our commitment to both home improvement and advocacy for Alzheimer's awareness.
